Backward Pass

We recorded this one on Friday night, and decided we would try to get it out early! Just in case any NFL teams want to listen to us about what trades they should be considering in the following weeks. You're welcome, NFL! David proposes trades and Sharayah plays the Trade Fairy (trademark pending) to hopefully make things move for some teams. 
Before you get to the meat of the episode, enjoy the delicious appetizers: 
We reflect on the disappointing ending to the TNF game from the night before, yum yum, extra spicy. Dip into our college football chit chat, the chips are a little stale but the cheese is perfect. We ask each other some NFL related questions that have been weighing heavy on our hearts (Swapping QBs? Potential playoff misses and makes? Are you gonna eat the last mozarella stick?).
Honestly, this episode has almost nothing to do with food aside from the intro. What gives? Oh, it's just Episode 27 of the Backward Pass Podcast! 
P.S. David slipped some MLB talk into Sharayah's meal and she had an allergic reaction.

Week 6 of the NFL has gone by. Has your coach survived? The Jets did something out of character and fired their head coach mid-season. This sparked some talk between David and Sharayah about other scandalous or bizarre coach firings in the history of the NFL. 
It also sparked David to consider firing himself as GM of his own fantasy team.
But, please, suspend disbelief and imagine with us that we both are capable of making better decisions than the owners and GMs we discuss.
We stuck to the topic a surprising amount in this episode folks. Aside from the intro. But what else could be expected for Episode 26 of the Backward Pass Podcast? 
Just to be very very very clear, all of our claims about the inside operations of these organizations is pure speculation and made in humor. We don't actually know if any of these former coaches were ever allegedly on drugs of any kind. Have fun!

In case it isn't abundantly clear by the end of the episode, we recorded this on a Tuesday night. One day early, or six days late? We had a good reason, we swear. Sharayah was already maxed out on how much time she has to edit out David's various upsetting noises from the podcast episodes- and he's been a little ill lately so cut us some slack and send him some healing energy.

Last “official” episode of Season 1. This one bounces around more than a beachball at a Nickelback concert. 
It was Sunday night, after a week of shenanigans. We were tired. 
We present: the ramble episode. Ramblin’ about missing football already. Ramblin’ about the NBA. Ramblin’ about the see-thru MLB uniforms. Ramblin’ about episode ideas. Ramblin’ about conversations we’ve had lately. We left in all of the boring chats. We left in as much of the interesting chats as possible. We took out the 7 minutes Sharayah left to take care of a crying child. We left in all of David’s dramatic pauses-for-effects. Well, (pauses for effect) most of them. 
It’s more of a look behind the scenes with none of the energy or preparedness you’re used to, but a little bit more of the sass. It’s the BTS BPP, Episode 22.
